MISSION OF THE POSITION


As a key member of our team for La Maison Valmont Beverly Hills, you will report directly to the Boutique Director, providing comprehensive support to both front and back-of-house teams.

As a Beauty Advisor & Spa Assistant, you play a dual role within our La Maison Valmont, Boutique & Spa, combining expertise in beauty and skincare with operational support. You will provide exceptional service to our clients, offering personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations while also assisting with the day-to-day operations of the spa. You are passionate about beauty, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with grace and efficiency.

 

TASKS & DUTIES


1. Beauty Advisor

  • Valmont Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador and communicate accordingly.
  • Client Consultations: Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, assessing their skincare needs and recommending suitable products and treatments.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest beauty and skincare products, trends, and techniques to provide clients with informed and relevant advice.
  • Sales: Promote and sell spa products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to educate clients on proper skincare routines and product usage.
  • Client Relationship: Manage client bookings, handle inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

 

2. Spa Assistant

  • Support Spa Director: Assist the Spa Director with administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff coordination.
  • Operational Efficiency: Monitor and enhance the efficiency of daily spa operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to spa protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee product inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner.
  • Staff Coordination: Assist with the coordination of staff schedules, training sessions, and team meetings.
  • Client Relations: Manage client bookings, handle inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
  • Fill out CRM (Proximity) & utilize it following HQ guidelines.
  • Reporting: Prepare and maintain operational reports, including sales figures, inventory levels, and client feedback.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the boutique & spa.
  • At the beginning and at the end of each shift, ensure laundry is clean and organized.
